"Uncover your best skin with a medical-grade peel."

The method to this treatment is very simple, our specialist will apply a solution to your skin, which creates blisters over the areas it has been applied to. Over time, these blisters will peel off to reveal newer, softer skin.

You must be wondering where on the body you could have a chemical peel done. Well, there are a few places, like your face, hands or neck. The treatment itself can be used on these areas to:

  • Reduce wrinkles due to sun damage of the natural aging of the skin

  • Improve any mild scarring on your face, neck or hands

  • Treat fine lines around your mouth of eyes

  • Helps to reduce aged spots, dark patches or freckles

  • Improve certain types of acne

  • Gives softer and healthier looking skin

Although chemical peels are amazing for your skin, there are a couple of things you’ll need to do to protect your skin after every treatment.

  • Wear sunscreen that protects against UVA and UVB rays

  • Limit your time in the sun, so wear a hat when required

Is a chemical peel for you?

In most cases, the lighter your skin the better the treatment, but there are great benefits if you have a darker skin tone, depending on what area of your body you would like to treat. It must also be noted that sagging skin or more severe wrinkles are harder to treat and do not respond well to this treatment. If you would like to treat either of these issues, it will be best to consider laser treatments, facial lifts or soft tissue fillers. One of our skincare specialist will be happy to walk you through the process during a consultation, so you’ll be well educated on the best option for you.

What to do or expect before a chemical peel?

During your consultation, you will be asked a series of questions to make sure you’re best prepared for your treatment. Once you sit down with one of our skincare specialist you will have a full understanding of what you need to do before your chemical peel. For instance, you may be asked whether you have a history of scarring, consistent cold sores or what type of drugs you are currently taking.

You may also be asked to prepare your skin using special medications, which they will prescribe for you. Our specialists will work with you to decide the depth of your chemical peel, which highly depends on the condition of your skin and the results you would like to achieve.
